Why should suction hoses be reinforced?

While increasing flow rate, improving chemical resistance, and enhancing flexibility are important factors to consider in the selection of hoses for specific applications, they do not address the critical issue of preventing the hose from collapsing under suction pressure. A hose that collapses will obstruct flow, render the system inefficient, and could lead to damage or malfunction, making reinforcement a key characteristic for reliable operation in aquatic pest control activities.
